The role

We are looking for a Contracts Attorney who wants to grow in international commercial work. You will review, draft and negotiate a high volume of agreements for integral clients, applying client playbooks and working closely with senior attorneys and client teams.

What you will do

- Review, redline and draft commercial agreements in English: NDAs, sales and customer contracts, SaaS and technology agreements, and procurement and vendor contracts.
- Apply client playbooks and identify deviations, risks and issues that need escalation.
- Negotiate standard and moderately complex terms with counterparties.
- Communicate clearly with client business teams on status, risks and next steps.
- Manage multiple matters at once and meet turnaround times (SLAs).




- Keep accurate records in CLM systems and tracking tools.

What you bring

- Law degree and active license to practice in Mexico.
- 3 to 6 years of experience in commercial contracts (in-house, law firm or legal service provider).
- Advanced English (B2+/C1), written and spoken.
- Solid understanding of common commercial clauses and contract structure.
- Comfortable working with playbooks, templates and high-volume workflows.
- Strong attention to detail.
