Zotex Media finds commercial cleaning work for janitorial companies across the United States, Canada, and Australia. Our team contacts offices, medical practices, schools, and other facilities, finds the ones that need a cleaning company, and sends each qualified lead to one cleaning company in that area. Over 100 cleaning companies use us today. We are hiring one Account Executive to help us sign cleaning company owners in US, Canadian, and Australian cities where we have no clients yet. The offer is simple and easy to say yes to: they pay only for qualified leads, and there is no setup fee. You are not selling a long project or a high-ticket contract. You are getting an owner on the phone, showing them how we fill their pipeline, and getting a 5-minute onboarding form completed. What you will do
• Take sales calls with cleaning company owners who booked a time with us through our ads.
• Call owners of commercial cleaning companies from a list we build for you, in markets we have not covered yet.
• Run a short conversation, handle objections, and get the onboarding form completed on the call or right after.
• Stay with each new account until their first leads arrive.
• Log every call and follow-up, and report your numbers daily. Targets
• Around 50-100 dials a day once you are up to speed.




• 8 to 12 new accounts a month after your first month. Pay
• Base: $2,500 a month.
• $200 for every new client you sign.
• $200 kickback for each of those clients still with us after 90 days.
• At 10 new clients a month, that's over $6,000. Uncapped. What you need
• At least 2 years of sales to small business owners in the United States. You feel comfortable hunting for and closing your own deals.
• Numbers you can back up: dials a day, conversations, deals closed a month, quota attainment.
• Fluent, confident English on the phone with direct, busy owners.
• A home setup that keeps you online for a full shift: a reliable home internet connection plus a mobile data backup, backup power, a good headset and a quiet room.
• Available Monday to Friday during US Eastern business hours (9:00 to 17:00 ET). Nice to have
• You have sold to contractors, home services or facility services companies.
• You have sold a pay-per-lead or pay-per-result offer.
