• Provide administrative support in Recruitment Services (E2E
- Applicant Screening, sourcing, phone Interviews, etc.)
• Performs HR Reporting and Data Maintenance
• Creation of Talent Acquisition strategies based on Business Partners’ need, involving Market research, Job boards research
• Collaborates in the team operational performance process, quality, compliance & business partner satisfaction
• Direct communication with Hiring Managers and Human Resources personnel for LH Companies for The Americas’ & Asia regions
• Works in a highly data sensitive environment, responsible for protecting Data Privacy/ Compliance at all time
• Collaborates in continuous improvement (Kaizen ideas and similar)

• Bachelor in Psychology, Accounting, Business Administration or similar
• 1 year of experience within HR processes desirable
• Advanced command of English, both written and spoken
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, with special focus in Microsoft Excel
• Excellent attention to detail
• Respects and integrates different perspectives
• Can adapt quickly to new situations and conditions
• Must possess a legal work permit in Mexico
