- Transfer clients to the appropriate department efficiently when specialized assistance is required.
- Maintain positive customer interactions while accurately documenting case updates.

What we’re looking for:

- Conversational English Skills
- Positive attitude with a results-oriented and collaborative team mindset.
- Full-time availability to work within assigned operational schedules.
- Call center and customer service experience is a plus, but not mandatory.
