What will you do?

As a key link between our customers and internal teams, you will play a critical role in ensuring seamless order management, effective communication, and on-time delivery performance.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage customer orders from receipt through fulfillment.
- Provide outstanding support to domestic and international customers.
- Coordinate with Planning, Production, Logistics, and Sales teams to ensure customer requirements are met.
- Monitor order status, delivery schedules, and service level performance.




- Resolve issues related to orders, shipments, and invoicing in a timely manner.
- Maintain proactive communication to anticipate customer needs and provide effective solutions.

What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Business, International Trade, Logistics, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience in Customer Service, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related areas.
- Advanced English proficiency is required.
- Knowledge of SAP or other ERP systems.
- Intermediate to advanced Excel skills.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational abilities.
- A customer-focused mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
