About the Role The Customer Service Representative is an WORK AT HOME role, you´ll be working with one of the most important vouchers specialized companies. The position is primarily customer-facing and focuses heavily on actively listening while displaying confidence and empathy to customers and working with a sense of urgency.

SkilLs & Qualifications

Strong english level

High School Finished

Previous experience working in customer service and/or call center

Experience with any kind of cards (credit, debit, voucher, etc)

Time availability from 6am to 23hrs Monday through Sunday

Comfort following step-by-step processes and guidelines

Clear written and speaking communication skills

Comfort with multitasking
