About the Role The Customer Service Representative is an onsite role, you´ll be working with one of the most important insurance companies in the US, specifically attending customers calls about the extended warranties of main appliances and items that run on gas or major electronics and miscellaneous items, such as tablets, cell phones, headphones, irons, vacuum cleaners, etc.

The position is primarily customer-facing and focuses heavily on actively listening while displaying confidence and empathy to customers and working with a sense of urgency.

SkilLs & Qualifications

High School Unfinished

Previous experience working in customer service and/or call center

Living no more than 90 min away from Centrum Park, Tlalnepantla

Time availability from 6am to 23hrs Monday through Sunday

Comfort following step-by-step processes and guidelines

Clear written and speaking communication skills

Comfort with multitasking
