A Day in the Life You will lead the strategic direction and delivery of business automation and intelligence solutions across our LATAM operations, reporting directly to the Americas Data Domain & Analytics Lead. Connecting with our general community of 2,000 tech experts across 40+ expertises, you will steer an engineering team while partnering with regional business Vice Presidents to drive operational transformation.
• Strategic Leadership: Define the automation and intelligence roadmap for the LATAM Zone, steering team priorities, resource allocation, and budget management to service business goals.
• Team Direction: Lead and coach developers across Power Platform and full-stack environments, fostering an inclusive team culture aligned with our 50% x 50% gender balance ambition in Tech.
• Architecture & ALM: Steer enterprise-grade Application Lifecycle Management (ALM), environment segmentation, and solution pipelines using GitHub Actions and Dataverse modeling.
• Automation & AI Governance: Oversee Copilot Studio, AI Agents, and low-code integrations via Azure API Management, ensuring secure, compliant, and scalable digital solutions.
• Stakeholder & Delivery Management: Partner with Business Relationship Managers to prioritize demand, steer Agile sprints, and monitor delivery SLAs through ServiceNow. We Are Looking For You bring strategic perspective,



people leadership, and a collaborative mindset to deliver enterprise-grade automation across the region. You bring:
• Tech Literacy: Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, alongside extensive hands-on experience across the Microsoft Power Platform ecosystem and proven technical leadership.
• Tech-Driven Business Relationship Management: Proven ability to align technical roadmaps with business priorities and communicate effectively with executive leadership.
• Applications Lifecycle Management: Hands-on experience orchestrating enterprise ALM, solution deployment pipelines, and platform governance across complex architectures.
• Artificial Intelligence Fluency (AI Fluency): Practical understanding of generative AI tools, Copilot Studio, and workflow automation governance.
• Team Engagement: Track record of managing, mentoring, and developing diverse engineering teams across low-code and full-stack environments.
• Adapted Communication: Professional working proficiency in both English and Spanish, with the ability to convey technical concepts clearly to diverse audiences. What's In It For You
