This candidate will be responsible for tEnsure the implementation and maintenance of the quality system within the project or production line in accordance with IOS requirements, resolve on-site quality issues and customer concerns, keep the production line under control, improve product quality, and reduce production costs. Responsibilities
• Responsible for daily production line product quality management, promptly addressing process issues related to product quality, ensuring product and service quality, and meeting or even exceeding customer needs.
• Handle customer complaints promptly, ensuring feedback is provided within 24 hours, and maintaining good communication with customers.
• Develop product quality inspection and control documents and conduct on-the-job training and assessments for relevant personnel.
• Collect and summarize quality data, report according to the established cycle, and develop improvement plans.
• Assist in establishing and implementing process statistics and analysis to continuously improve product quality.
• When raw material quality issues are identified,



be responsible for transmitting information to the SQE and tracking the progress of problem corrections to form a closed-loop system.
• Assist in implementing quality system and process audits and tracking improvement measures. Actively utilize and promote various quality improvement tools to promote quality control improvements.
• Work capabilities must meet client-specific requirements, including the application and updating of five major tools: APQP, PPAP, SPC, MSA, and FMEA.
• Assume responsibility for the management of the company's relevant BOS documents and IATF16949/OHSAS18000/ISO14000/ISO27000 standards, ensuring the effective implementation of relevant BOS documents within the factory. Qualifications
• Experience of 2-3 years related working experience.
• Master the five quality tools (APQP/PPAP/SPC/MSA/FMEA).
• Possess advanced quality management methods and concepts.
• Familiarity with the IATF16949 quality system standard.
• Familiarity with relevant products and processes.
• Problem solving methodology.
• GD&T; and drawing interpretation.
