We are looking for an Automotive Electronics Engineer with experience in electronic design, LED technology, PCBA development, and thermal management. The role will support electronics development from requirements engineering and concept definition through supplier coordination, validation, product release, and customer interface.

Key Responsibilities
• Perform Requirements Engineering for electronic systems.
• Conduct LED selection and calculations based on technical requirements and purchasing strategy.
• Define and verify PCBA concepts, with or without heatsinks, including thermal requirements.
• Provide input data for system calibration, including LED current, NTC, and binning.
• Develop PCBA requirement specifications for electronic suppliers and internal development teams.
• Coordinate PCBA samples through electronic supplier nomination.
• Coordinate electronic suppliers on technical topics.
• Coordinate internal Hardware and Software Engineers.
• Coordinate EMS (Electronic Manufacturing Services) suppliers on technical matters.




• Manage electronic work products and product releases within PLM tools.
• Coordinate directly with customers on electronics and PCBA-related topics.
• Support electronics architecture definition and electrical integration activities.
• Support the creation and execution of DVP&R; activities.
• Participate in Sub-System FMEA activities. Required Skills & Experience
• Experience in the automotive industry.
• Strong knowledge of electronic design and electronic components.
• Knowledge of LED technology and LED applications.
• Experience with thermal management of LED applications.
• Experience with PCBA development and integration.
• Basic knowledge of optical, thermal, and mechanical engineering principles.
• Experience coordinating suppliers and cross-functional engineering teams.
• Familiarity with DVP&R;, FMEA, PLM, and automotive product development processes.
