Location:
Remote (Chihuahua, Mexico only) ? Schedule: Monday to Friday | 8:00 AM
- 5:00 PM Pacific Time ?️ Lunch: 12:00 PM
- 1:00 PM PT ? Employment Type: Full-Time ? High School Diploma or equivalent required ?️ English Level: Advanced (C1)

What You'll Do
✅ Schedule new patient consultations, follow-up appointments, procedures, and diagnostic services ✅ Coordinate directly with patients, providers, law firms, case managers, and healthcare teams ✅ Manage high-volume scheduling requests while maintaining accuracy and exceptional customer service ✅ Document appointments, patient communications, and scheduling activities within EMR systems such as Epic ✅ Monitor outstanding scheduling needs and ensure timely patient follow-up ✅ Support continuity of care by collaborating with multiple departments Requirements ✔️ 1-3 years of experience in Medical Scheduling, Patient Coordination,



Healthcare Administration, or similar healthcare support roles ✔️ Strong communication and customer service skills ✔️ Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities ✔️ Experience handling a high volume of appointments and patient interactions ✔️ Knowledge of HIPAA and patient confidentiality standards Preferred Qualifications ⭐ Experience with Epic or other EMR systems ⭐ Previous experience supporting Personal Injury (PI) or Third-Party Liability (TPL) patients ⭐ Experience coordinating imaging appointments, procedures, or specialty care services ⭐ Familiarity with healthcare scheduling workflows and insurance-related processes What We're Looking For We are seeking someone who is: ?
