Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, or a related field.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• At least one year of experience in full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and candidate selection.
• Experience in manufacturing, logistics, or related industries preferred.
• Knowledge of employer branding and talent attraction strategies.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with hiring managers and candidates.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills to manage multiple vacancies and deadlines.
• Proficiency with recruitment platforms, and Microsoft Excel.
