Client Success Coordinator – Remote (Maternity Leave Cover) Are you a detail-oriented operations pro who thrives in high-volume direct mail and digital marketing campaigns? We are looking for an agile, proactive Client Success Coordinator to join our team on a 4-month temporary contract (covering a maternity leave). In this 100% remote role, you will act as the central connective tissue between internal creative/data teams, external print vendors, and US-based stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
• Project Coordination: Oversee timelines and logistics for print production and email setup from planning to final deployment.
• Vendor & QA Management: Monitor print/email vendors, review pre-press proofs, perform link/data checks, and ensure zero-error quality control.
• Client & Reporting Support: Manage US stakeholder communications, tracking mail scans, delivery confirmations, and campaign metrics.



What We Are Looking For:
• Advanced / C1 English (Strictly required for client-facing and vendor communication).
• 2+ years of experience managing print production, direct mail, or email marketing campaigns.
• Familiarity with lettershop operations, postal logistics, saturation data, carrier routes, or email marketing platforms.
• Full-time dedicated availability for a 4-month contract. Role Details:
