Spanish and English (Bilingual) Job Overview We are looking for an experienced Workday HCM AMS Senior Consultant to provide application maintenance and support services for Workday HCM modules across the LATAM region. The idóneo candidate should have strong functional expertise in Workday HCM, particularly in AMS (Application Management Services), Employee Central (EC), Time Management, and at least one additional Talent Management module. The candidate must be proficient in both Spanish and English to communicate effectively with regional stakeholders and global teams.

Key Responsibilities
• Provide ongoing AMS support and maintenance for Workday HCM applications.
• Handle functional issues, troubleshoot system errors, and resolve user queries.
• Support Employee Central (EC) processes, including employee data management and organizational changes.
• Manage Time Management functionalities, including time tracking, attendance, and time-related configurations.




• Provide functional support for at least one Talent Management module.
• Analyze business requirements and provide appropriate functional solutions.
• Handle incident management, service requests, and change requests within agreed SLAs.
• Coordinate with business users, technical teams, and stakeholders across LATAM.
• Prepare functional documentation and support reports.
• Communicate effectively with Spanish
- and English-speaking stakeholders. Required Skills & Qualifications
• Strong experience in Workday HCM application support and AMS.
• Hands-on experience with Employee Central (EC).
• Good knowledge of Time Management.
• Experience in at least one Talent Management module.
• Strong functional troubleshooting and issue-resolution skills.
• Experience handling incidents, service requests, and change management.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Spanish and English.
• Ability to work with cross-functional and international teams
