Job Description
As a Patient Services Specialist at myteem MEX, you will be responsible for managing patient appointments—both in-person and by phone—ensuring that all information is accurate and complete. You will handle incoming calls, address basic inquiries regarding services and procedures, and guide individuals through administrative processes within the medical office. You will also record and update data in internal systems, collaborate with the clinical team to coordinate schedules, and assist with patient reception and flow within the clinic. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Hermosillo,



Sonora, where you will work closely with other departments to deliver an efficient and welcoming care experience.

Requirements:
• Proficient and Fluid in English a must.
• Skills in appointment scheduling and calendar management, with a strong attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple schedules simultaneously.
• Professional phone etiquette, including a cordial demeanor, active listening, and clear communication with patients and medical staff.
• Interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to explain information in a simple and empathetic manner, whether in-person or over the phone. Background in healthcare administration, patient care, social work, or a related field is desirable; previous experience in clinics, hospitals, or health centers will be considered an asset. Additional skills such as the ability to work in a team, stress management, organization, responsibility, and a focus on service quality.
