Launch Manager

About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Launch Manager to lead the successful introduction of new products into manufacturing operations. This role is responsible for coordinating cross-functional teams, managing project timelines, and ensuring product launches meet customer expectations, quality standards, and operational objectives. The adecuado candidate will have a strong background in automotive manufacturing, program launches, and customer-facing project management.

Key Responsibilities
• Lead new product launch activities from planning through production
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Operations.
• Manage project timelines, deliverables, and launches
• Monitor program risks and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Support APQP activities and product industrialization efforts.
• Coordinate prototype, trial, validation and launch
• Ensure compliance with customer requirements and automotive quality standards.
• Facilitate communication between customers and internal teams throughout the launch process.




• Support engineering changes and product modifications during development and launch phases.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance launch performance and operational efficiency. Qualifications Education
• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a related technical field. Experience
• 5+ years of experience in automotive manufacturing, program management, launch management, or related functions.
• Experience managing new product launches automotive environment.
• Experience working directly with customers and cross-functional teams. Technical Knowledge
• APQP, PPAP, PFMEA/FMEA, Control Plans, and Process Flow Diagrams.
• IATF 16949 and automotive quality systems.
• Engineering change management.
• Manufacturing and product launch processes.
• Interpretation of engineering drawings and specifications. Skills
• Strong leadership and project management skills.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Problem-solving and analytical thinking.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Strong organizational and teamwork skills. Language
