With 206 guestrooms, 27 branded residences, vibrant dining destinations, and a rooftop overlooking the Monumento a la Revolución, we're bringing our unmistakable energy to Latin America. We're looking for a Room Dining Supervisor to lead the daily operation of our In-Room Dining experience, ensuring every order is delivered with efficiency, attention to detail, and the distinctive service standards that define The Standard. We're searching for someone with strong leadership skills, a passion for hospitality, and the ability to create seamless guest experiences beyond the restaurant setting. This role is essential in maintaining service excellence, supporting team performance, and ensuring guests enjoy exceptional dining experiences within the comfort of their guestrooms. As a Room Dining Supervisor, you'll lead by example, inspire your team, and ensure every detail contributes to an elevated guest experience.

What You'll Do
• Supervise daily In-Room Dining operations to ensure efficient, timely, and high-quality service.
• Lead and support the Room Dining team during service periods, promoting teamwork, accountability, and service excellence.
• Monitor order accuracy, presentation standards, delivery times, and guest satisfaction.
• Ensure all orders are prepared, delivered, and collected in accordance with The Standard's service standards.
• Coordinate closely with Culinary, Stewarding,



Front Office, and Guest Experience teams to ensure operational efficiency.
• Handle guest requests, special orders, dietary preferences, and service recovery situations with professionalism and urgency.
• Conduct pre-shift briefings and communicate operational updates to the team.
• Provide ongoing coaching, feedback, and support to enhance team performance and guest service delivery.
• Assist with scheduling, staffing coverage, and daily labor management.
• Monitor inventory levels, operating supplies, equipment, and service materials required for Room Dining operations.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, sanitation, and health regulations.
• Support upselling initiatives and encourage the team to maximize revenue opportunities through personalized recommendations.
• Prepare operational reports and communicate shift updates to leadership.
• Assist leadership in maintaining service standards, departmental procedures, and continuous improvement initiatives. Calificaciones What You'll Bring
• Previous experience in Food & Beverage operations, preferably within luxury hotels, lifestyle hospitality brands, or upscale restaurants.
• Prior supervisory or leadership experience in Room Service, In-Room Dining, Restaurant Operations, or a similar environment.
• Strong understanding of food and beverage service standards.
• Excellent guest service and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to lead teams effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and operational compliance standards.
• Experience with POS systems and hotel operational platforms is preferred.
• Fluency in English and Spanish.
