We’re looking for a multi-disciplinary Digital Designer with a strong edge in video and motion, combined with solid graphic and brand design skills.

This role sits at the intersection of storytelling and systems: you’ll create compelling video content while also shaping the broader visual identity across marketing, product, and brand touchpoints.

You should be equally comfortable editing a high-impact video, designing a clean landing page visual, or building a cohesive campaign look and feel.

What will you do

- Lead creation of video content (short-form, ads, explainers, product demos, brand storytelling)
- Produce motion graphics and animations to communicate complex ideas simply
- Design high-quality visual assets across:
- Social media
- Website and landing pages
- Presentations and sales materials
- Product marketing and launch campaigns
- Translate brand and product ideas into clear, engaging visual systems
- Ensure consistency across video, motion, and static design
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams on campaigns and launches
- Optimize creative for different platforms and formats




- Contribute to evolving Smart Capital Center’s brand identity

What we're looking for

- Strong portfolio showing both video/motion AND graphic design work
- 3–5+ years of experience in digital design, motion, or multimedia
- Proficiency in:

-After Effects / Premiere Pro (or equivalent) -Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator
- Ability to create polished static and motion assets with equal attention to detail
- Strong sense of visual hierarchy, typography, and layout
- Understanding of video storytelling, pacing, and composition
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment

Nice to Have

- Experience in fintech, SaaS, or startup environments
- Experience with AI creative tools (Runway, Midjourney, etc.)
- Basic knowledge of Webflow, WordPress, or HubSpot
- Understanding of performance marketing creative (ads, conversion-focused design)
