About the job We’re seeking an Influencer Agent with strong YouTube-first experience to help grow and manage a roster of creators while expanding our network of brand relationships. In this role, you’ll own creator relationships end-to-end, lead outreach and negotiations, review agreements, and consistently improve both deal volume and offer quality across all managed creators with focusing strictly on YouTube partnerships. ?

Key Responsibilities
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with YouTube creators and brand partners
• Grow the roster by identifying, recruiting, and onboarding high-potential YouTube talent
• Leverage existing brand connections and proactively develop new relationships to expand partnership opportunities
• Increase the number and value of inbound and outbound offers across all managed creators
• Proactively source and pitch brand partnerships via email, LinkedIn, and video calls
• Negotiate and close brand deals for 10+ YouTube creators
• Review agreements and ensure terms align with creator goals, timelines, and deliverables
• Respond quickly and professionally to inbound opportunities and client inquiries
• Keep communication clear, organized,



and efficient across all stakeholders
• Manage and execute 40+ campaigns per month with strong attention to detail and follow-through ✅ What We’re Looking For
• Demonstrated experience working with YouTube creators (talent management, influencer marketing, or brand partnerships)
• Existing brand connections and the ability to build new relationships quickly
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, with a polished, client-facing presence
• Proven negotiation and relationship-building skills focused on long-term partnerships
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
• Self-starter with a proactive, ownership-driven mindset
