Leading international freight forwarding and supply chain company, is looking for an experienced Finance Manager to lead the financial operations of its Mexico subsidiary.

We are looking for professionals who meet the following profile:

- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Auditing or related field.
- 5+ years of Finance Management experience.
- Minimum 3 years leading finance teams.
- Advanced Chinese Mandarin and English (professional communication).
- Strong knowledge of Mexican tax regulations (SAT, IVA, ISR), financial reporting, cash flow management and budgeting.
- Experience with ERP systems and advanced Excel.
- Experience in logistics, freight forwarding or international companies is highly preferred.
- Experience working at Asian companies (Understanding their philosophy and work culture)

Your main responsibilities

- Lead the Finance Department and develop high-performing teams.
- Manage Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable and Cash Flow.
- Ensure full tax compliance and statutory reporting.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports.
- Support executive decision-making through financial analysis.




- Strengthen internal controls and optimize financial processes.
- Coordinate audits and maintain relationships with banks and government authorities.
