An international company in the technology and telecommunications industry is looking for an HR Manager to contribute to the development and strengthening of its Human Resources operations in Mexico. We are looking for a well-rounded HR professional with a strong generalist background, strategic thinking, leadership skills, and the ability to manage key HR functions. Schedule: Monday to Friday: On-site

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and manage compensation and benefits strategies, salary structures, and incentive programs based on market research and internal equity.
- Participate in workforce planning, headcount management, and annual HR budget planning.
- Design, implement, and improve HR policies and procedures, ensuring alignment with corporate guidelines.
- Promote organizational culture, employee engagement, and talent development initiatives.
- Manage complex employee relations matters, conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and termination processes.
- Ensure compliance with Mexican labor laws and applicable employment regulations.




- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement across HR processes and contribute to overall business objectives.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Industrial Relations, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of professional experience in Human Resources, preferably in roles such as Senior HR Business Partner, HR Coordinator, Assistant HR Manager, HR Lead, or HR Manager.
- Strong generalist HR experience, including employee administration, labor relations, compensation and benefits, labor law, and process improvement.
- Knowledge of workforce planning, organizational structures, and HR policy development.
- Previous experience supporting decision-making and managing HR processes.
- Advanced English proficiency (mandatory), with the ability to communicate effectively with international teams.
