Job Responsibilities

- Develop and implement HR strategies, plans, and policies in line with the company's business objectives.
- Manage recruitment and staffing, including recruitment planning, candidate selection, hiring, and employee separation.
- Manage employee training, performance evaluation, and talent development programs.
- Oversee compensation and benefits, attendance, employee rewards, disciplinary actions, and incentive programs.
- Manage employment contracts, employee records, labor relations, and employee disputes, ensuring compliance with Mexican labor laws.
- Promote positive employee relations and corporate culture to improve employee satisfaction and team cohesion.
- Lead the daily operations of the HR department, coordinate staffing needs across departments, and ensure the achievement of HR objectives.

Job Requirements

- Bachelor's degree or above in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Law,



or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in an HR supervisory or management position. Experience in the automotive industry or large manufacturing companies is preferred.
- Good knowledge of Mexican labor laws and practical experience in employment contracts, IMSS, labor relations, and employee dispute resolution.
- Good command of all six HR functions, with the ability to independently manage recruitment, training, performance management, and compensation and benefits.
- Good English communication skills (CEFR B1 or above; B2 preferred).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Strong communication, coordination, organizational, and team leadership skills, with a strong sense of responsibility and execution.
