Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate the implementation and compliance of Industrial Safety programs within the operation.
- Conduct safety inspections and on-site audits to verify compliance with corporate standards and legal requirements.
- Ensure compliance with applicable Mexican Official Standards (NOMs), as well as safety guidelines for contractors and suppliers.
- Lead the investigation of incidents, accidents, and unsafe conditions, ensuring the implementation and follow-up of corrective actions.
- Promote a strong safety and prevention culture through training, safety campaigns, and performance indicator monitoring.
- What we are looking for

- Bachelor’s degree or Engineering degree in Industrial Safety, Environmental Engineering, Occupational Health, Risk Prevention, or a related field.
- 3 years of experience in HSSE, EHS, Industrial Safety,



or Risk Prevention roles within logistics operations, distribution centers, warehouses, or manufacturing environments.
- Knowledge of applicable regulations related to occupational health and safety, environmental management, contractor management, and regulatory compliance.
- Experience in risk assessments, incident investigations, audits, safety inspections, and action plan follow-up.
- Strong leadership, communication, influencing, problem-solving, and collaboration skills.
- English proficiency at a B2 level or above, with the ability to confidently participate in work-related conversations in English with regional and integral teams.
