We are seeking an experienced Industrial Engineer with Layout and Project Controls experience to support the launch and ramp-up of a new manufacturing operation. The role combines three key areas of responsibility:
1. Plant layout development and management (40%)
2. Project Controls, including schedule, cost, risk, and change management (30%)
3. Industrial Engineering and manufacturing optimization (20%)
The idóneo candidate would have had experience working on the manufacturing floor, developing and managing plant layouts, performing capacity and line-balancing analysis, and maintaining project schedules, cost forecasts, risks, and leadership reporting.
