Join our international corporate support team to handle, diagnose, and resolve L2 telecommunications and network infrastructure incidents across multiple corporate sites. You will directly support a large-scale environment serving over 6,000 end-users across 87 locations, collaborating daily with integral teams in English.

Key Responsibilities

- Incident Management: Provide L2 support, troubleshooting, and ticket resolution via ServiceNow (managing an average workflow of 5 to 6 complex incidents per day).
- Network Administration: Perform diagnostics, basic configuration, and troubleshooting on traditional Cisco infrastructure, including switches, routers, firewalls, and Wireless LAN Controllers (WLC).
- Security & Monitoring: Monitor network events, validate logs, and analyze traffic anomalies using FortiAnalyzer.
- Technical Documentation: Document root cause analysis (RCA), ticket updates, and configuration changes entirely in English.

Mandatory Requirements
- English Proficiency (Strict Filter): Advanced to Bilingual spoken and written English.



You must be able to hold fluent technical troubleshooting conversations with international teams and document tickets accurately in English. (Note: The interview process will be conducted in English).
- Experience: Minimum of 2+ years of hands-on experience in L1/L2 Network Support, NOC, or related telecommunications roles.
- Technical Skills:
- Traditional Cisco Networking (Routing, Switching, WLC, Firewalls).
- Network security monitoring and log management (specifically FortiAnalyzer).
- ITSM / Ticketing platforms (ServiceNow experience is highly desirable).
- Certifications: Cisco CCNA certification (active or demonstrable equivalent practical knowledge).
- Location: Current residence in San Juan del Río, Querétaro, or immediate availability to commute/relocate to the corporate site.

Job Type: Full-time Pay: $27,000.00 - $35,000.00 per month
