Role Overview

We are looking for a Mid-Level Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) to join our Global Infrastructure Operations team. This role focuses on ensuring the reliability, availability, and operational stability of hybrid enterprise infrastructure. You will support critical production environments, lead incident recovery, enhance observability, and drive infrastructure automation and continuous improvement while collaborating daily with technical teams across the globe.

Key Responsibilities

- Hybrid Cloud & Virtualization: Support, administer, and troubleshoot production infrastructure hosted in Microsoft Azure and VMware environments.
- OS & Identity Management: Administer and troubleshoot Windows Server and Linux systems, as well as Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID (authentication, permissions, and directory services).
- Incident & Change Management: Drive incident investigation, service recovery, Root Cause Analysis (RCA), and follow-up actions via ServiceNow. Participate in scheduled maintenance, patching, and vulnerability remediation.
- Observability & Proactive Ops: Monitor infrastructure health, performance, and capacity using Azure Monitor, SolarWinds, or similar observability tools. Respond to alerts and proactively mitigate service-impacting conditions.
- Backup & Disaster Recovery: Manage and validate backup and recovery operations using Commvault and Azure Backup.
- Automation & IaC:



Identify toil and automate repetitive operational tasks using Ansible, Terraform, CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps), and scripting.
- Documentation & Collaboration: Create and maintain operational runbooks in English. Partner with Global Cloud, Security, Network, and Application teams, and participate in On-Call rotations.

Required Qualifications & Technical Stack
- English Proficiency (Strict Filter): Advanced to Bilingual spoken and written English. As this is a integral role requiring daily cross-regional collaboration and incident calls, the interview process will be conducted in English.
- Experience: 3 to 5+ years of hands-on experience in SRE, Cloud Operations, Systems Engineering, or Infrastructure Operations supporting enterprise production environments.
- Cloud & Virtualization: Proven hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure and VMware.
- Systems & Networking: Solid administration of Windows Server and Linux, along with a strong foundation in Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, DNS, storage, and High Availability (HA).
- Infrastructure as Code & Scripting: Practical knowledge of Terraform and Ansible, plus scripting skills in PowerShell, Bash, or Python.
- CI/CD & Tools: Experience working with Azure DevOps (or similar CI/CD platforms), Commvault / Azure Backup, ServiceNow, and Azure Monitor / SolarWinds.

Job Type: Full-time Pay: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per month
