Tasks

What a day in this role looks like?

- Provide administrative support in Recruitment Services (E2E - Applicant Screening, sourcing, phone Interviews, etc.)

- Performs HR Reporting and Data Maintenance

- Creation of Talent Acquisition strategies based on Business Partners’ need, involving Market research, Job boards research

- Collaborates in the team operational performance process, quality, compliance & business partner satisfaction

- Direct communication with Hiring Managers and Human Resources personnel for LH Companies for The Americas’ & Asia regions

- Works in a highly data sensitive environment, responsible for protecting Data Privacy/ Compliance at all time

- Collaborates in continuous improvement (Kaizen ideas and similar)





- Takeover of additional tasks when required

Requirements

Are you ready to Take-off with us?

Know more about the requirements:

- Bachelor in Psychology, Accounting, Business Administration or similar

- 1 year of experience within HR processes desirable

- Advanced command of English, both written and spoken

- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, with special focus in Microsoft Excel

- Excellent attention to detail

- Respects and integrates different perspectives

- Can adapt quickly to new situations and conditions

- Must possess a legal work permit in Mexico

- CV/Resume required
