About the Job This is a remote Junior Attorney role drafting personal injury filings and doing legal research for a US litigation team. The position is long-term and we are hiring now. Every applicant hears back within 24-48 hours.

Responsibilities

- Draft Summons and Complaints, Bills of Particulars and Infant Compromise Orders
- Review legal documents and conduct case-related research
- Maintain case records
- Coordinate with the legal team

Required
- Law degree




- 2+ years of recent legal experience
- Strong legal drafting skills
- Research and organizational skills

Preferred
- Personal injury, civil litigation or tort law experience
- Familiarity with US legal procedures
- Westlaw or LexisNexis experience
- Paralegal or legal assistant experience in a litigation setting
- Microsoft Word, Adobe Acrobat or NYSCEF

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: $186.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
