Responsibilities

- Formulate business development plans, assist the team in completing the introduction, negotiation, cooperation, and signing of business cooperation projects.
- Contact, negotiate, and close profitable deals with potential Affiliates or KOLs.
- Support Affiliates or KOLs and design special campaigns to increase their trading volume
- Build partnerships with Affiliates or KOLs and promote cooperation with each other.




- Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs.
- Build long-term relationships with new and existing Affiliates or KOLs.

Requirements

- Proven track record of managing a portfolio of active KOLs that generates consistent monthly trading volume.
- Experience negotiating exclusive partnerships and structuring performance-based commission or rebate programs.
- Ability to reactivate underperforming partners, retain top-performing KOLs, and grow existing accounts.
- Strong understanding of KOL quality assessment, including audience authenticity, engagement, trader conversion, and trading activity.
- Ability to develop and execute regional KOL acquisition strategies independently.
- Proficiency in English and local languages.
