Pre-Litigation Legal Assistant – Personal Injury

Full-Time | 100% Remote | LATAM

About the Role A growing U.S.-based Personal Injury law firm is seeking an experienced Pre-Litigation Legal Assistant to support attorneys and case managers throughout the pre-suit process.

The idóneo candidate has hands-on experience with U.S. Personal Injury cases, strong organizational skills, and excellent English communication.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist attorneys and case managers with pre-litigation Personal Injury cases.
- Request, collect, and organize medical records, bills, and case documentation.
- Communicate with clients, insurance adjusters, and medical providers.
- Monitor case progress, deadlines, and outstanding documentation.
- Assist with demand packages and settlement-related documentation.
- Maintain accurate case files using CRM or legal case management software.
- Provide administrative support and follow up on pending tasks.

Required Qualifications

- Previous experience working with a U.S. Personal Injury law firm.
- Hands-on Pre-Suit / Pre-Litigation Personal Injury experience (mandatory).




- Experience handling medical records, insurance correspondence, and case documentation.
- Familiarity with demand preparation and settlement processes.
- Experience using any CRM or legal case management system.
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.
- Must be located in Latin America or the Philippines.
