Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.

- 5+ years of experience in manufacturing processes within the automotive industry.

- Experience supervising manufacturing engineering teams.

- Experience managing continuous improvement projects focused on cost reduction and efficiency improvement.

- Experience with high-volume manual and automated assembly processes.

- Experience with production line launches and product transfers.

Technical Knowledge

- Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, and Six Sigma methodologies.

- APQP, PPAP, FMEA, and Control Plans.

- Line balancing, time studies, and motion studies.

- Knowledge of PLCs, HMIs, and robotics (preferred).

- Proficiency in Core Tools, including SPC and MSA.

- Advanced English proficiency.
