HCRM Consulting is seeking a Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Administrator to own the day-to-day operation, configuration, and improvement of the CRM platform, primarily Dynamics 365 Sales. You will work with sales, support, IT, and leadership to keep the platform secure, maintain reliable data, and help teams get more value from the system.

What you’ll do

- Configure forms, views, dashboards, business rules, and process automation using standard Dynamics 365 capabilities.
- Manage user provisioning, security roles, field-level security, record assignment, and account hierarchies.
- Improve CRM data quality and make it easier for sales teams to maintain accurate records.
- Gather business requirements, translate them into CRM configurations, and lead user onboarding, training, and day-to-day support.
- Coordinate release waves and changes across development, test, and production environments with IT. Document changes and track CRM KPIs.
- Support access reviews, audit requests, and documentation for corporate quality and environmental procedures.
- Partner with developers on complex issues and requirements that call for custom development.

What you’ll bring
- At least five years of hands-on Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM administration or equivalent experience, including practical experience configuring Dynamics 365 Sales.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
- Experience managing CRM security and working with IT teams, developers, and integration partners.
- Strong communication, troubleshooting,



and end-user training skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Familiarity with IATF 16949 quality management and ISO 14001 environmental management systems.

Preferred experience
- CRM data migrations or ERP integrations.
- Power BI, Power Platform, or Copilot for Dynamics 365.
