About the Role Our client, a leading organization in the tourism and hospitality sector, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Director(a) de Proyectos Estratégicos to join their dynamic team in Cancún, Quintana Roo . Key Responsibilities Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, including scope, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation, for strategic initiatives.
Lead and motivate cross-functional project teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
Monitor project progress, identify potential risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies proactively.
Ensure clear and consistent communication with all stakeholders, including senior management, team members, and external partners.
Manage project budgets effectively, tracking expenditures and ensuring financial objectives are met.
Conduct post-project evaluations to assess success, identify lessons learned, and recommend improvements for future projects.




Align project outcomes with the overall strategic vision and business goals of the organization in Cancún, Quintana Roo .
Facilitate decision-making processes and resolve conflicts that may arise during project execution.
Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
A Master's degree or PMP certification is a plus.
Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in project management, with a proven ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.
Demonstrated experience in strategic planning and execution, preferably within the tourism or hospitality industry.
Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Asana, Trello).
Ability to work effectively in a hybrid work environment, balancing remote and in-office collaboration.
Residency or willingness to relocate to or commute regularly to Cancún, Quintana Roo .
