About You

Key responsibilities

- Lead the plant’s comprehensive strategy, ensuring the achievement of business objectives and the execution of operational priorities.

- Foster a high-performance culture rooted in safety, accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

- Drive operational transformation initiatives using tools such as loss elimination, root cause analysis, visual management, Autonomous Maintenance (AM), Planned Maintenance (PM), and other improvement pillars.

- Ensure compliance with regulatory, quality, and food safety standards, as well as the attainment of financial and productivity goals.

- Strengthen the leadership capabilities of teams by promoting talent development, succession planning, and employee engagement.

- Ensure the progress of the implementation phases for the integrated management system.
