Our client, a prominent logistics and transportation company, is seeking a dynamic and experienced Coordinador de Logística de Transporte to join their team in Morelia, Michoacán . Key Responsibilities

Oversee and manage all daily transportation operations, ensuring efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

Monitor vehicle performance, maintenance schedules, and driver compliance.

Manage relationships with third-party carriers and logistics providers.

Track shipments, provide real-time updates to stakeholders, and resolve any logistical issues promptly.

Analyze transportation data to identify areas for improvement and cost savings.

Coordinate with warehouse and sales teams to ensure seamless supply chain integration.

Prepare reports on transportation costs, delivery performance, and fleet utilization.





Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures in all aspects of the role.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in transportation logistics or supply chain management, preferably within the Morelia area.

Proven experience in route planning, fleet management, and carrier negotiation.

Proficiency in logistics software and TMS (Transportation Management Systems).

Strong understanding of transportation regulations and safety standards.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with various teams and stakeholders.

Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.

Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment, managing responsibilities both remotely and in the office.
