About the Role
Our client is searching for a seasoned and strategic Gerente de Recursos Humanos to lead their HR operations in Tlalnepantla, State of Mexico . This pivotal role is responsible for overseeing all aspects of human capital management, including talent acquisition, employee relations, compensation and benefits, performance management, and HR policy development. The adecuado candidate will possess strong leadership qualities, a comprehensive understanding of HR best practices, and a proven ability to drive organizational effectiveness through effective people strategies. You will be instrumental in fostering a positive and productive work environment, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations, and supporting the company's long-term vision. This is a critical leadership position within the organization.

Key Responsibilities

Develop, implement,



and manage comprehensive HR strategies and initiatives aligned with organizational goals in Tlalnepantla .

Oversee the talent acquisition process, including recruitment, selection, and onboarding of employees.

Manage employee relations, ensuring a fair and consistent application of HR policies and procedures.

Administer compensation and benefits programs to attract and retain top talent.

Develop and implement performance management systems to foster employee growth and productivity.

Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.

Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters.

Develop and deliver HR training programs to enhance employee skills and organizational capabilities.

Champion diversity and inclusion initiatives within the workplace.
