About the Role

Our client is seeking a diligent and organized Treasury Coordinator to join their finance department in Tlalnepantla, State of Mexico. This role is essential for supporting the Treasury Manager in managing the company's cash flow, banking relationships, and financial transactions. The adecuado candidate will have a solid understanding of treasury operations, excellent analytical skills, and a keen eye for detail. This on-site position requires active participation in the day-to-day financial activities of the company, ensuring smooth and efficient treasury operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in managing daily cash positions and executing cash movements.
- Process electronic payments and prepare cash reconciliations.
- Maintain accurate records of all treasury transactions.
- Support the management of banking relationships and monitor bank fees.
- Assist in preparing cash flow forecasts and budget analysis.
- Monitor investment of surplus cash according to established policies.
- Ensure compliance with treasury policies and procedures.
- Support the Treasury Manager in various financial projects and initiatives.
- Prepare reports on treasury activities for management.
- Identify opportunities to improve treasury processes and controls.

Requirements




- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in treasury, finance, or accounting roles.
- Understanding of cash management, banking operations, and financial markets.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for financial analysis and reporting.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good written and verbal communication skills in Spanish.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Familiarity with treasury management systems (TMS) is a plus.
- Proactive and eager to learn and take on new responsibilities.
