POSITION PURPOSE

- Lead the assigned production area to achieve safety, quality, delivery, productivity, and employee development objectives while supporting BAC manufacturing operations.

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES

- Lead daily production activities to achieve operational targets.

- Supervise and coordinate production personnel within the assigned area.

- Ensure compliance with safety policies, procedures, and standards.

- Monitor productivity, quality, attendance, and operational performance metrics.

- Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean Manufacturing principles.

- Identify production issues and implement corrective actions.

- Support staffing, training, coaching, and performance management activities.

- Promote employee engagement, teamwork, and a positive work environment.

- Coordinate with Quality, Engineering, Maintenance, and Materials departments.

- Ensure production schedules and customer requirements are met.

- Participate in root cause analysis and problem-solving activities.

- Maintain compliance with company policies and operational procedures.

- Support implementation of new processes, equipment, and best practices.

- Foster a culture of accountability, safety, and continuous improvement.

- Directly supervises production employees and supports operational objectives.

- Accountable for safety, quality, delivery, productivity, and workforce performance.

- Collaborates with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient production processes.

- Supports business growth through employee development and operational excellence.

KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS

- Bachelor's degree required.

- Minimum 1 year of leadership experience in a manufacturing environment.

- Experience leading production teams as a Supervisor, Team Leader, or similar role.

- Knowledge of manufacturing processes, preferably Assembly operations.

- Strong leadership and team development skills.

- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies.

- Effective problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

- Strong verbal and written communication skills.

- English proficiency preferred.

- Experience working in a maquiladora or manufacturing environment preferred.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

LOCATION

- This role is 100% onsite at our Ciénega de Flores, Actual León facility.

- The position operates on a rotating 12-hour shift schedule from 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM according to the assigned shift rotation.
