Key Responsibilities

Develop,



analyze, and optimize delivery routes using specialized software and algorithms.

Incorporate real-time data such as traffic, weather, and delivery constraints into route planning.

Collaborate with dispatchers and drivers to implement and test new routing strategies.

Monitor fleet performance and delivery times to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.

Create reports and visualizations to present routing analysis and recommendations to management.

Stay current with advancements in route optimization technology and best practices.

Work independently to manage workload and meet project deadlines in a remote setting.

Identify opportunities to reduce mileage, fuel consumption, and operational costs through effective routing.

Assist in the training of dispatchers and drivers on new routing tools and procedures.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Operations Research, Data Science, Geography, or a related quantitative field.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in route planning, logistics analysis, or transportation optimization.

Proficiency with route optimization software (e.g., PTV, Route4Me, Onfleet, or similar).

Strong understanding of mathematical modeling and optimization techniques.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau).

Strong written and verbal communication skills for effective remote collaboration.
