About the Role Our client is seeking an experienced and motivated Jefe de Turno de Manufactura to oversee production operations during a specific shift in Tlaquepaque, Jalisco, MX . This critical role ensures that production targets are met efficiently, safely, and with high-quality output. The successful candidate will lead a team of production operators and supervisors, manage daily operations, and implement process improvements to enhance productivity. This is an on-site position requiring strong leadership, excellent organizational skills, and a deep understanding of manufacturing processes. Key Responsibilities Supervise and manage all production activities during assigned shift to meet output and quality goals.
Lead, train, and motivate a team of production operators and supervisors.
Ensure adherence to all safety procedures, company policies, and quality standards.
Monitor production equipment and processes, troubleshooting issues as they arise.
Implement and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Manage shift schedules, labor allocation, and attendance.
Collaborate with other shift supervisors, maintenance, and quality control departments.
Track production performance metrics and report on shift activities and results.




Identify and implement opportunities for process improvement and waste reduction.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Requirements High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a manufacturing supervisory or lead role.
Proven ability to lead and motivate a team.
Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and quality control principles.
Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures in a manufacturing setting.
Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work versátil hours, including nights and weekends, as required by shift schedules.
Experience with Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma principles is a plus.
Residency or willingness to relocate to Tlaquepaque, Jalisco, MX .
