Demonstrated ability to manage assembly operations, including line balancing, workflow planning, and production supervision in a manufacturing setting.
Experience implementing and sustaining quality, safety, and continuous improvement practices (e.g., ISO standards, lean manufacturing, 5S, root cause analysis).
Strong skills in team leadership, coaching, conflict resolution, and performance management for diverse production teams.
Proficiency in using production and reporting tools (e.g., ERP/MRP systems, Excel, dashboards) to track output, efficiency, and KPIs.
Solid understanding of logistics and supply chain coordination as they relate to assembly operations and on-time delivery.
Excellent communication and organizational skills,



with the ability to collaborate across functions and manage multiple priorities.
Fluency in Spanish required; English proficiency strongly preferred for coordination with foreign clients and corporate stakeholders.
Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations Management, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.
Previous experience in maquiladora or cross-border manufacturing environments is a strong advantage.
