Job Summary:

The Project Manager is responsible for leading the end-to-end delivery of IT and managed services projects, ensuring successful execution within scope, time, budget, and quality expectations. This role works closely with stakeholders to align delivery with business objectives.

Essential Functions:

- Ability to manage multiple projects at different stages in the development cycle.
- Coordinate and coach our software development team in SCRUM/Agile frameworks.
- Planning deliverables and helping teams monitor performance.
- Resolving issues that hinder the team’s work.
- Develop project plans to manage resources, tasks, and timeline.
- Coordinate sprints, retrospective meetings, and daily stand-ups.
- Facilitate internal communication and effective collaboration.
- Be the point of contact for communications (e.g., from internal customers /stakeholders).
- Work with product owners to handle backlogs and new requests.
- Resolve conflicts and remove obstacles that occur during Software Development Life Cycle.
- Help teams implement changes effectively.
- Adhere to Lummus PMO Process.
- Provide weekly project updates to Lummus IT Leadership and Executive Sponsor.
- Responsive to internal and external resources.
- Problem-solving and conflict-resolution ability.

Required Skills/Abilities/Competencies:

- Strong leadership and decision-making capabilities.
- Expertise in project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid).
- Excellent stakeholder and communication management skills.
- Problem-solving and risk management abilities.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

Education and Experience:

- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Engineering, Business, or related field.




- 5–8 years of experience managing IT or service delivery projects.
- Proven experience handling multiple concurrent projects.
- Certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile/Scrum preferred.
