Job Summary
We are looking for an enthusiastic, personable, and results-driven Wedding Photography & Videography Sales Development Representative to join our client's team. In this role, you will conduct about five 30-minute sales consultations per day with engaged couples via phone and video. Your primary responsibility will be to understand each couple's wedding plans, build rapport, identify their photography and videography needs, and confidently recommend the most suitable service packages.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct approximately five 30-minute sales consultations daily with prospective couples via telephone and video calls

Build genuine connections with couples by showing enthusiasm and interest in their wedding plans

Understand each couple's wedding vision, preferred photography style, videography needs, budget, and expectations

Present and explain the company's photography and videography services, products, and packages

Clearly communicate package inclusions, pricing, upgrades, and available options

Recommend the most suitable photography and videography packages based on each couple's requirements and budget

Confidently handle objections, answer questions, and address purchasing concerns





Use consultative selling techniques to guide couples towards booking the company's services

Maintain accurate records of conversations, customer information, and sales opportunities within HighLevel CRM

Follow up with prospective couples who require additional time before making a purchasing decision

Consistently work towards sales targets and conversion goals while maintaining an excellent customer experience

Requirements

Previous experience in sales, preferably in consultative sales, B2C sales, or high-ticket sales.

Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

A naturally enthusiastic, friendly, and engaging personality.

Genuine interest in weddings, wedding photography, and videography.

Good understanding of American wedding traditions, customs, and typical wedding planning processes.

Ability to build rapport quickly and establish trust with prospective customers.

Strong presentation and persuasion skills, with the ability to confidently recommend products and close sales.

Comfortable conducting telephone and video sales consultations.

Ability to understand, learn, and confidently explain different photography and videography packages.

Experience using HighLevel CRM (GoHighLevel) is preferred.

Strong listening skills and the ability to understand individual customer needs.

Excellent English communication skills, including fluency and a clear, professional speaking style.
