Key Responsibilities Perform detailed financial analysis, including valuation, cash flow projections, and sensitivity analysis for potential real estate investments.
Conduct comprehensive market research to identify investment trends, opportunities, and risks in Mérida and surrounding regions.
Assist in the due diligence process for acquisitions, including property inspections, title reviews, and legal document analysis.
Prepare investment memos, presentations, and reports for the investment committee and senior management.
Monitor the performance of existing investment properties and provide recommendations for optimisation.
Develop and maintain financial models and databases related to real estate investments.

Proficiency in Excel and financial analysis software; experience with ARGUS is a plus.
