Requirements

Completed High School (Bachillerato)

Advanced English level: ability to read, write, and speak fluent English

Must live no more than 1.5 hours from the work location (on-site)

Customer service experience (in any industry but experience working at a Call Center is highly preferred )

Computer skills, databases, and Microsoft Office

Customer-focused mindset with strong problem-solving skills

Ability to multitask
