Hitachi Energy is currently seeking an Inbound Delivery Specialist to join our team. We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive individual to manage transactional activities in SAP, ensuring a smooth flow of data among suppliers, systems, and internal teams.

How you’ll make an impact:

Create inbound delivery notes in SAP based on shipping documents

Maintain SAP handling units, including physical parameters of purchased materials

Work closely with Transport Planners and provide them with accurate data to ensure timely and efficient transport arrangements

Communicate with internal and external suppliers, clarifying discrepancies between shipping documents and purchase orders

Build strong relationships with Hitachi Energy’s purchasing and logistics teams, as well as direct-material suppliers

Coordinate the inbound delivery data flow from the purchase order through the SAP modules until the delivery is booked

Responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines

Your Background:

Experience in logistics or purchasing (5+ years)

Proficiency in English (minimum B2 level, spoken and written)

Hands-on experience with SAP logistics or purchasing modules

Knowledge of transport terminology, regulations,



and incoterms

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Continuous Improvement mentality and mindset
