? About the Role

We’re looking for a detail-oriented QA Manual Tester to ensure the quality of web and mobile applications across a diverse portfolio of client projects. You’ll design and run test plans, hunt down defects, and work closely with developers to ship reliable, user-friendly software.

This role has a fixed 3 PM – 11 PM ET schedule. Please apply only if you can consistently commit to these hours.

?️ What You’ll Do

- Design, maintain, and execute test cases (functional, regression, integration, UAT)
- Perform exploratory testing to catch edge cases and usability issues
- Test across browsers, platforms, and mobile devices (iOS/Android)
- Test APIs manually using Postman or similar tools
- Validate data and run database checks
- Report, reproduce, and track defects through resolution with the dev team
- Contribute testing insights during requirement analysis and planning
- Run accessibility checks and validate performance from a user perspective
- Share clear test reports and status updates with stakeholders

✅ What You Need





- 3+ years of professional manual testing experience
- Strong knowledge of STLC, QA processes, and test case design
- Experience with JIRA, TestRail, or similar tools
- Experience testing web apps across browsers and platforms
- Hands-on API testing experience (Postman, REST clients)
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams
- Strong documentation skills for test cases and bug reports
- Advanced English, written and spoken

➕ Nice to Have

- Mobile app testing (iOS/Android)
- Basic SQL and database testing
- Accessibility testing (WCAG)
- Basic HTML, CSS, and JavaScript knowledge
- E-commerce or fintech testing experience
- Security and usability testing basics
- ISTQB, CSTE, or similar certifications
