Job Description

- Manages and supervises the product Section org unit according to defined objectives and KPIs
- Designs and leads initiatives with regard to product Section
- Takes Responsibility for standards, governance and processes in area of Responsibility




- Defines and steers budgets for the development of activities within area of Responsibility
- Manages and supervises multiple org units within product Section
- Proposes and implements measures for improving team performance, organizational flexibility diversity, succession planning, coaching, change management and personal growth
- Functional accountability for product Section on Country level

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering
- 5–10 years of experience in Manufacturing or Production Engineering
- Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma (Green Belt or Black Belt), Project Management, or Continuous Improvement.
- Advanced English proficiency (written and spoken).
