TECHNICAL ANALYSIS MANAGER

We are looking for an experienced manager with a proven track record in leading specialized technical and analytical teams, managing people, and ensuring high standards of quality, productivity, accuracy, and delivery.

The role is responsible for supervising team performance, managing resources and capacity, and ensuring that specialized technical and analytical work consistently meets established quality standards and delivery commitments.

The position also coordinates the workflow between teams responsible for technical analysis and data validation and those responsible for consolidating information into final client deliverables.

MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS

Full professional proficiency in English.

Bachelor's degree with an officially issued degree certificate.

Proven experience in formal people management, with DIRECT REPORTS under your responsibility.

Experience leading, supervising, developing, and evaluating the performance of specialized technical, analytical, or professional teams.

Experience managing team structures that may include supervisors, team leaders, coordinators, or other specialists.

Background in Data Operations,



Technical Delivery, Quality Assurance, Data Quality, or similar functions.

Strong experience managing KPIs related to quality, productivity, capacity, accuracy, and delivery.

Demonstrated ability to manage workloads, establish priorities, address performance issues, and ensure team accountability.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

Experience working in international and multicultural environments.

IMPORTANT PEOPLE MANAGEMENT EXPERIENCE IS MANDATORY

Candidates must have held formal responsibility for managing employees who reported directly to them.

Experience limited to project coordination, cross-functional collaboration, or working with technical teams without direct people-management responsibility is not sufficient for this position.

We are specifically seeking professionals with demonstrated experience leading people and managing the performance, quality, and delivery of specialized technical and analytical work.
