Intugo, in partnership with a foreign company specializing in testing, inspection, calibration and certification services for laboratory and healthcare environments.

We are seeking a Sales Operations Specialist to prepare accurate equipment repair quotes and coordinate the technical and procurement information needed to deliver complete proposals to customers.

This position focuses on repair quoting, parts coordination, and customer follow-up within the Inside Sales operation.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare detailed repair quotes covering labor, parts, pricing, and lead times.
- Work with technical experts to clarify repair scope and recommendations.
- Coordinate with Procurement to verify parts pricing, availability, and shipping details.
- Follow up on open quotes and customer approvals.
- Maintain accurate records of quotes, parts pricing, and repair recommendations.
- Communicate quote details and updates clearly to customers and internal teams.
- Follow company policies, service standards, and applicable industry requirements.





Requirements

- At least one year of experience in quoting, estimating, or parts coordination within a technical service environment.
- Experience preparing and maintaining quotes in an ERP or CRM system.
- Completed college coursework in a related field.
- Technical understanding to interpret repair requirements and coordinate information with technical teams.
- Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills.
- Availability to work fully on site in Guadalajara during the stated schedule.

Preferred Qualifications

- A completed degree in a related field.
- Experience with cleanroom equipment, laboratory equipment, HVAC, or a similar industry.
